This piece was originally acquired in the late-1990's and was signed at a Hall of Fame Sports signing with Elgin in October 1999. The jersey was authenticated by PSA at the time of the signing and the sticker is on the lower hem of the jersey. Please see the pictures, including the inside tag with the manufacture tag.
